We enjoyed working with these clients over a number years as they upgraded their 2 bedroom workers cottage in a demolition control precinct to a 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms plus study home.
Not to mention 2 expansive exterior entertaining areas and a bar.
Initially we assisted our client to add a 2 storey open plan living extension and spacious entertaining deck to the small house, whilst retaining the original character of the home, including removing and re-installing ornate plaster ceilings. The renovation was planned to take advantage of the backyard sloping block such that a house lift was unnecessary through some excavation works.
Later we assisted our clients to add a huge 2 and a half metre 2 car carport to the front of the façade of house, providing direct access from the street with 700 litres of water storage underneath.
