Creating a home that stands out amongst a sea of project built homes in this new Hope Island estate.
It was the vision of our client and Burling Brown Architect Simon Brook.
The low set home has simple lines inside but interest is created by the plywood lined ceilings contrasted with the industrial finish of the polished concrete floors and accompanied by the red brick feature walls. The exterior creates interest with varying exterior cladding, rendered brick with open eaves and select stained timber.
